Born and raised in London with roots in Kenya and India, Shanil Gudka grew up believing that food should never be boring. Spice runs in his veins - from chilli on yoghurt to hot sauce on Norwegian waffles (yes, really).

When he moved to Norway in 2024, he had one fiery realisation: the food had flavour, but it lacked fire. So he rolled up his sleeves, grabbed the best natural ingredients, and began crafting sauces that deliver pure punch, personality, and passion.
